By registering to attend LLLP 2027, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. We invite you to read these carefully:

Registration

Registration is to be made online via the LLLPPharm2027.com website. We cannot take responsibility if bookings are attempted through other methods that do not reach us.

When you book online you will receive an auto-acknowledgement receipt by email.

If you do not receive the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please contact the conference organising team at LLLP@bath.ac.uk.

We accept and process registrations on the understanding that you have followed all the internal procedures for your organisation and you will be charged accordingly. Full payment must be provided at the time of registration.

By registering, you are confirming that the information you submit is accurate and complete.

Registrations are made at your own risk and we cannot take responsibility for registrations booked in error. This responsibility lies with your organisation, or you if you are booking as a private individual. Furthermore, the organiser will not refund the registration fee or any other costs should you register in error and fail to cancel with adequate cancellation notice.

Full registration fees (including student) include:

• Attendance at all conference sessions (not including pre-conference workshops)
• All morning refreshments, lunches and afternoon refreshments
• 1 x Welcome reception ticket  
• 1 x Gala dinner ticket

Day registration fees include:

• Attendance at all conference sessions on the nominated day (not including pre-conference workshops)
• All morning refreshments, lunches and afternoon refreshments on the nominated day
• (Excludes tickets to the Welcome reception and Gala dinner)

Pre-conference workshop fees includes:

• All refreshment breaks and lunches for the nominated session (morning or afternoon or both)

(NB pre-conference workshops can only be booked as an add-on to either a day registration or full registration ticket.)

VAT

Registration charges shown are exempt from Value Added Tax unless otherwise indicated.

Visas

To assist in obtaining any necessary visas that you may require, it is essential that you complete the online registration form and finalise payment in a timely manner. An official receipt and confirmation email will then be issued to you via email which you can submit with your visa application.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

There will be NO refund for cancellations of:

• Exhibition Visitor passes
• Welcome reception or Gala dinner costs only - these are incorporated into the rates.

Cancellations must be notified by e-mail to LLLP@bath.ac.uk and will be subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation received on or before 5 June 2027: refund of fee 75%
• Cancellation received after 5 June 2027 or no-shows: no refund possible unless extenuating circumstances apply.

Refunds are not available at any time for absentee delegates, partial registrants or single ticket events.

Any refund to card payments may only be credited back to the original card and cannot be refunded to a different card or bank account.

Substitution of the full conference registration is permitted up to and including first day of the conference, and will incur a £50 administration fee. This does not apply to university-accommodation which is subject to it's own terms and conditions. New registrations will be accepted at the registration desk only if space permits.

Categories with reduced registration fees

Student

Student (PhD student included) registration requires proof of status, i.e. either a copy of a valid student ID card or an official letter from the educational institution, confirming that the registrant is a full-time student at the time of the event. This document should be uploaded during the registration process. Without this document, LLLP27 reserve the right to proceed with regular registration and to charge the difference to make up a full registration fee.

Conduct

Delegates are required to observe and comply with the University of Bath’s regulations applicable when on the University’s premises and with the reasonable instructions of the University of Bath’s security and other staff. The regulations are made for the safety and comfort of all delegates as well as for the good management and operation of the University of Bath’s activities. The University of Bath and LLLP27 organisers reserve the right to exclude any delegate (without compensation) if, in its reasonable view, the delegate’s behaviour or presence is disruptive to the proper functioning of the University of Bath, to other guests or the University of Bath staff or members of the public.

Freedom of Speech

The University of Bath as conference host has a legal duty to protect students’ right to free speech. This duty is covered by regulation 18 (Code of Practice). This also covers University staff and visiting speakers. The University requires you to comply with its Freedom of Expression: Regulation 18 especially as it relates to visiting speakers.

Photographs and videos

The organiser reserves the right to photograph and videotape the conference and social events and all its attendees and to use these photographs and videos in any internal and external communication related to LLLP27 or LLLP including, but not limited to, its websites and mobile applications, social media pages, event daily news, conference programme, newsletters, publications and annual reports.

An opportunity to opt-out of your photograph being used is provided at conference registration and will be displayed on your conference badge.

Data Protection

By registering for this event, you (the registrant) agree that your personal data will be processed by LLLP27 conference organisers (via the University of Bath) for registration and handling purposes, as well as to send you information in connection with LLLP27.

To facilitate conference networking, the following may be shared with current conference delegates: delegate names, institution, city, and email address. Registrants are informed of this at the time of registration and are afforded an opportunity to opt in or opt out, as appropriate under the LLLP27 organising committee jurisdictional legislation. 

Registrants and mailing list subscribers are also informed that names and email addresses on LLLP lists may be shared with future LLLP host organisations to facilitate communication about future LLLP conferences.

Delegate lists are not shared with Sponsors or Exhibitors unless they are full conference registrants. In this case, the sponsor or exhibitor must sign an agreement to not share or sell the delegate list, and to not contact a delegate for any non-conference purpose.
